Consider this recipe your new morning power-up just in time for back-to-school season. We recently combined a few of our kitchen staples to make a quick and easy granola. The result? Our favorite granola recipe. Ever.
We love this sweet, buzzy granola served over yogurt, but it’s also great with milk or all by itself for a quick on-the-go snack.
2c Rolled Oats
1c chopped almonds
1/2c almond butter
1/2c honey
1/2t salt
1t. Fine ground Mornin’ Roast Coffee
Start by preheating the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside. In a sauce pot, combine honey, almond butter, salt, and coffee and heat until melted and bubbly. In a mixing bowl, add oats, almonds, and honey mixture and mix until well combined. Pour on a parchment-lined pan and spread evenly, then place in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until mixture begins to brown slightly. Allow to cool and crumble by hand before storing in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
